Here you can see typical impurities in plastic granulate that can also occur in an optimum production process.

    Our Services

We use state-of-the-art optical sorting processes and combine these with proven, classic techniques.

Mechanical separation processes such as sifting (dedusting) and sieving (classifying) further enhance product quality. Before filling into the desired customer packaging, inductive all-metal separators (metal separators) are used to effectively remove metal particles from the product flow, which may be loose or enclosed in the granulate.

We detect and eliminate the smallest impurities in products that are due to unavoidable fluctuations in machines and materials or human carelessness.

We check every single granulate grain and separate out faulty components. This enables us to achieve the highest levels of purity and raw material quality.

    Our quality standards

    Optical quality is no coincidence!

We separate, sort, clean and recondition bulk materials of all kinds, achieving the highest levels of purity and quality. Proof of quality is provided by our analysis process, which we have developed further with a well-known manufacturer of testing systems. Our customers’ measurement procedures are taken into account and used as a basis for quality analysis.

We have a wide range of detailed product knowledge, especially from the plastics industry, and therefore always ensure that the goods entrusted to us are handled in a technically sound manner.

    Our quality promise

Precision means leaving nothing to chance. That is why we work on the basis of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and other, often stricter, customer specifications. Our customers appreciate the fact that we can individually adapt and adopt their quality requirements thanks to the high flexibility of our processes.
