We monitor, detect and separate optical defects and contaminations from a size of 50µm and thus achieve highest purity levels and qualities.
Through the use of innovative, optoelectronic sorting systems, each individual granule is subjected to a 100% inspection by high-speed cameras and defective granules are ejected from the material flow with a targeted compressed air pulse. In addition, the material is de-dusted and subsequently de-metallized. Optimum product quality is continuously ensured and documented by laboratory tests in our own laboratory.

SORTCO is an owner-managed, medium-sized company and has been represented at Hamburg and Niederzissen since 2015. The new facility was opened in 2021 in Niederzissen/Rheinland Pfalz as a high-tech site with several, parallel sorting lines and its own laboratory.
